Using the Print Forms functionality you can generate and print forms commonly known as "face sheets." A face sheet is a compilation of a patient's health and account information in an easy-to-use format for the convenience of medical professionals working on the case.
You can also run and print the WHO (World Health Organization) Surgical Safety Checklist, and various notices and statements of financial responsibility.
You can generate forms for an individual patient, a group of patients, or for a specific date or range of dates.
