Printing Chart Packs for Groups of Patients

You can print Chart Packs or individual forms from the Utils heading on the Scheduling module Sheet Bar.

The Group of Patients option can be used to print chart packs for a selected subset of scheduled cases. (e.g. cases for a specific provider or accounts with specific insurance) This option can also be used to print cases that have been added to the schedule (Created Date) as of a specific date.

To print a Chart Pack or Individual Forms for Groups of Patients

1. Open the Scheduling module.
2. Click Print Chart PacksPrint Chart Packs from the Utils option on the Sheet Bar. The Chart Pack Printing dialogChart Pack Printing dialog appears, open to the Individual tab by default.

   

   

3. Select the Group of Patients tab. The Chart Pack radio button is selected by default. See step 9 below for information on printing individual forms.
4. Complete the filters for the set of patients for whom you would like to print Chart Packs.  
5. Click Refresh to pull the cases that meet the selection criteria to the grid.
6. Review the cases and deselect any for which you do not wish to print Chart Packs.
7. Click Print to process the request. The system will display the print message and the forms to be printed based on the cases included in the selection.
8. Click on the printer icon to send the job to the printer.
9. The Group of Patients tab can also be used to print an individual form for a subset of cases. Select the filters, select the Individual Form radio button, and click Refresh to pull the cases that fit the criteria to the grid.
10. Use the drop down arrow to access the forms included in the Charts Document dictionary. Click Print to process the request, and then click on the printer icon to send the job to the printer.
