Employer Dictionary
The Employer is
referenced on patient accounts in the Demographics module. The Employer
Dictionary includes address and contact information for each entry. UB-04
forms include employer information in FL 65 for paper claims.

is available on the Employer field. See
Configuring
Conflict Settings for Case/Patient.
The Employer is
a Shared (Business Group) dictionary. Items entered here will be active
in all Business Entities in the Business Group and any modifications will
be seen in all Business Entities in the Business Group.
- Click New Item from the
Actions sectionActions section
in the upper right of the dictionary. Complete the following fields:
- Name: Enter a
description of the item. This is a mandatory field and must be unique.
- Quick Code: Enter a
short name for the item. Quick
Codes may be up to 15 alphanumeric
characters long, must be unique and are mandatory. If the Auto generate
quick codes Preference has been enabled this filed will populate when
the Name field has been completed and you tab off of the field.
- Address
1: (optional) Enter address 1 for
the employer.
- Address
2: (optional) Enter address 2 for
the employer. (e.g. Suite or apartment number)
- Zip Code: (optional)
Enter the zip code. City and State will populate automatically.
- Website:
(optional) Enter the website for this
employer.
- Email:
(optional) Enter the email for the Administrator
referenced for this employer.
- Administrator:
(optional) Enter the name of the administrator.
- Phone:
(optional) Enter main phone number including
area code.
- Ext:
(optional) Enter an extension number if
one is needed.
- Fax:
(optional) Enter the fax number, including
area code.
- Tax id:
(optional) Enter the employer's federal
tax id.
- Generate
quick code: If
the Preference to Auto generate quick code has been set this field
will be displayed when new items are added to the dictionary. If a
quick code has not been set or if you would like to override the code
that has been entered in the field, click the button to have the system
generate a quick code.
