Status
You can view the history of an existing Appointment, including who created it and who made any changes to it after it was created.
- Right-click an existing Appointment on the Scheduling Grid and select Status.
- The Appointment History dialogAppointment History dialog appears.
- The History section of this dialog shows each change made to the Appointment since it was scheduled and who made each change along with a description of the change. To view the entire description, select a row. The full text in the Description column will appear in the Description block at the bottom.
- If numerous changes are displayed for an Appointment, it may easier to find a specific change if you use the filter at the bottom to narrow the type of changes shown.
