Status

You can view the history of an existing Appointment, including who created it and who made any changes to it after it was created.

To view the history of an existing Appointment

  1. Right-click an existing Appointment on the Scheduling Grid and select Status.
  2. The Appointment History dialogAppointment History dialog appears.

  3. The History section of this dialog shows each change made to the Appointment since it was scheduled and who made each change along with a description of the change. To view the entire description, select a row. The full text in the Description column will appear in the Description block at the bottom.
  4. If numerous changes are displayed for an Appointment, it may easier to find a specific change if you use the filter at the bottom to narrow the type of changes shown.
