The Patient Statements Sheet Bar optionPatient Statements Sheet Bar option under the Billing Heading in the Financial Management module enables you to send out statements of financial responsibility to patients and guarantors related to services provided at your facility or office. You can generate statements for selected individual patients or groups of patients, and you can customize what is included on the statements and how often they can be generated.
Tasks
You can access the Statement History for an individual account from the selected accounts Patient Ledger. Each time the account is included in a statement run and “Yes” is selected for Mark as billed the system will automatically record the date the statement was generated, to whom the bill was sent along with the mailing address, the message if one was included on the statement and the Amount of the statement generated. Patient Statement History can also be accessed from the Revenue Cycle Management module.
