"Hot keys" are keys or combinations of keys on the computer keyboard that, when pressed at the same time, perform a task (such as logging off) more quickly than using a mouse to click through options on your screen.

| Ctrl +, (comma) | Change the sort order of a look up field (right-click options also provide this option) |
