Accessing SIS Advanced
AmkaiOffice Users Who Use SIS Advanced
If your facility uses SIS Advanced, the users who would need access are:
- Staff members who would be responsible for manually completing Pre/Post-Op phone calls in SIS Advanced when necessary.
- Clinical staff responsible for entering department times, which display on the new patient tracking boards.

SIS Advanced has its own online help content, which is accessible from within SIS Advanced by clicking the help icon. For information and instructions for using SIS Advanced, please consult SIS Advanced online help.

To access SIS Advanced, click the icon shown below on the AmkaiOffice toolbar:
Requirements
Internet Access
You must have internet access and use Google Chrome to access SIS Advanced. If you do not have Chrome installed and you click the SIS Advanced icon, a message will display indicating that it will need to be installed.
Configuration in AmkaiOffice
If the URL has not been entered in the System Administration module, you will receive the message “SIS Advanced URL is not configured.” See SIS Advanced Configuration.
Security Check Points
The appropriate security check points must be enabled for you to access SIS Advanced. See SIS Advanced Configuration.
