Adding a Business Group

  1. Select the Enterprise > Organization Sheet Bar option from the Administration module. The Organization screen appears.
  2. In the Explorer section, click Enterprise. The screen now provides options for adding a Business Group or External Facility.
  3. Click Add Business Group. Enter the name of the Group in the dialog that appears.
  4. The system will add the new Group. Enter the business address for the Group by clicking the plus sign in the Address section. You can only enter the Business type of address here. When you add Facilities to the Group, you will be able to add other address types to those Facilities.
  5. Select either the 12 hour or 24 hour time format.
  6. The Active check box is selected by default.
  7. Click Save in the Actions of...section.
  8. If you later wish to inactivate this Group, you can deselect the Active check box.
  9. To delete the Group, click Delete.
