Help menu

The Help menu provides access to various features that enable you to learn more about AmkaiOffice and connect with other users and with Amkai Support Personnel. Click the links that follow to learn more about each feature available through the Help menu.

  The Live Help option launches a chat window with Amkai Support.

  To launch a chat session:

  • Click Live Help. A disclaimer warning you not to transmit any patient-specific information (PHI) through the chat window launches.
  • Click Continue.
  • Type your message in the free text field at the bottom of the window.
  • Click Send. A representative will respond to your request.
  • When your chat is finished, click Logout. You will have the opportunity to rate the quality of the support you received.
